Returns Policy
Cancellation
As a consumer you may cancel your order within 7 working days following the receipt of the item(s) and return the goods to us.
You must contact us first by telephone or e-mail prior to despatching the goods to us. You are responsible for the goods until they are safely returned to us. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete, unopened and undamaged and in a suitable condition to allow us to resell the items as new. A restocking charge may apply for any missing or damaged items. Special order and or made to order items are not returnable. Any shortages or errors with our delivery must be advised to us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt.
You must return the goods to us within 21 days after delivery to you and we will refund you within a maximum of 28 days from your notification to us of your cancellation of the order provided that we have received the goods back.
