How our business is affected by COVID-19
Hamabeads.com Limited is still running its business as usual.
We have extended our hours of operation to meet the extra demand for Hama Beads during the COVID-19 lockdown, and have implemented one person in the office and warehouse at a time, to prioritise the safety of our staff, whilst ensuring continued operation of our service.
At present, we are still dispatching orders within 24 hours on working days.
What do I need to know before ordering?
We ask customers to please bear in mind that Royal Mail and the courier services are under great strain at the moment, both with the extra demand for online shopping, and staff shortages due to self-isolation protocols.
For this reason, standard mail is taking considerably longer to reach people – at the moment, we are hearing delays of up to two weeks – so we are asking anyone who requires their parcel sooner to opt for a tracked service at checkout, as this mail is being prioritised.

Where is my order?
If your order was placed less than 14 days ago, please do not contact us unless you paid for a tracked service, as your order is still making its way to you.
Please note, if you paid the standard £3.99 for delivery (if your order value was less than £30), or if you received free delivery, then your order was NOT sent using a tracked service and we cannot chase this up with Royal Mail until more time has passed.

The email that states we have finished processing your order means that your order has been dispatched.
What I want isn’t in stock!
Like every business right now, we are trying to keep on top of our stock levels. However, the unprecedented surge in demand for Hama Beads, coupled with limitations and delays in the supply chain, mean that we can’t get stock from the Hama manufacturers in Denmark as quickly and seamlessly as usual.
We are keeping a close eye on stock-control, to ensure that our website only displays products that are in stock. However, if for any reason there is a stock issue, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone – so please ensure you provide a correct and convenient number at checkout. This will prevent any unnecessary delays with your order.
