UK orders over £30 are free of charge as standard, and take approximately 2-3 working days to be processed and delivered to you, via Royal Mail. If your order is under £30, the delivery charge is £3.99.
You may wish to pay for a tracked service, which offers faster delivery and a more secure service. The daily cut-off time for placing orders for same-day dispatch is 3pm, and 11am on Saturdays.
When your order is dispatched, customers who have paid extra will be sent a tracking number and tracking notifications by email. Guaranteed services require a signature upon delivery, therefore someone must be available at the specified delivery address throughout the day to sign for the delivery.
Please note that Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services are not guaranteed and delivery times do not include Sundays or Bank Holidays, nor order processing times, which we always aim to keep below 24 hours.
Orders placed on an account basis by trade customers (with whom we have made prior agreement) will be sent using a 48 hour tracked service and will be charged £4 for this service as standard.
We deliver to countries all over the world, and will provide you with a selection of international priority delivery services at check out to choose from.
This allows the customer to choose a service that meets their own personal preference, depending on the price, delivery time and service provider.
International delivery is priced at checkout, based on both the weight of your order, and the country your order is being sent to.
The delivery charge covers the cost for us to send your order. It does not include any additional fees that may be charged at the discretion of import customs in your country, which are entirely independent of Hamabeads.com Limited and are the responsibility of the customer to pay if charged.
Hamabeads.com Limited cannot refund orders that are returned due to unpaid customs charges. By placing your order, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.
It is your responsibility to ensure accurate address details have been provided at time of ordering.
There is an optional special instructions field at checkout. We encourage you to use this field to specify a safe place where you would like your order to be left if there is no one available to accept delivery of it.
If a safe place is not specified and there is no one available at the address at time of delivery, an official notice will be put through your door with instructions on how to obtain your order following a failed delivery attempt. Please deal with this notification at your earliest convenience to avoid your order being returned to us.
A re-delivery charge is payable on all orders that are returned to us due to a failed delivery of any reason.
In the effort to be as environmentally-friendly as possible, we send a large quantity of our orders in recycled packaging. This means that some orders will arrive in branded Hama Beads boxes. If you require your order to be sent in discreet packaging, for example, because it is a gift for someone in your household, please notify us in the special instructions field at checkout.
Order processing & delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment, with the exception of orders placed on a Sunday, during seasonally-busy times and when a product is out of stock.
Orders are dispatched around 4pm Monday to Friday and 12 noon on a Saturday, excluding UK bank holidays.
From dispatch, UK delivery normally takes no longer than two working days, but this is not guaranteed unless you have paid for such a service.
International orders can take up to 10 working days from dispatch and, unfortunately, more so if there are delays at your country’s import customs, which are entirely out of our control. However, this is not a problem for most and some international orders are delivered within as few as five days.
