Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel all or part of your order up to 14 calendar days after the day in which it was delivered.
UK customers may return any product you have ordered from us free of charge.
Please visit Royal Mail’s Hamabeads.com returns page and follow the instructions to print a returns label and, if you do not have access to a printer, to receive a QR code by email.
Take your return to any UK Post Office for sending.
Once we receive the product(s), we will issue a refund to you as soon as possible.
Please note that, unless we have agreed otherwise, your refund will not include the initial delivery charge and will take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the product(s), if this is the result of either unnecessary handling or poor return packaging by you.
Faults & exchanges
You may reject any product(s) which do not conform to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In this unlikely event, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take necessary action.
If you would like to request an exchange, notify us of a fault, or have received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exchanges are given at our discretion, depending on individual circumstances. If an exchange has been agreed we reserve the right to charge you for any additional cost, including delivery.
